Ron artest ripping the ball away frm players..kobe stealing the ball 3,4,5 times in a game…. fisher drawing offensive fouls ..twin towers blocking everything in the paint …. the Lakers even would get multiple blocks in the same position many times during the season …. and i ran out of room or i would continue dumbass .

Great point. I remember one play so well in the 6th game of the finals I do believe, where KG went and caught the ball right next to the basket, and Pau went down looking for a charge, stupid attempt, and KG dunked it. IDK, Pau is a great player, no doubt, but I guess I am just a fan of the classic power center, like Perkins now, Wilt in the 60′s, Russell, etc. Kareem is the exception, he’s my 2nd fav. player of all time!
Agreed both teams are great and it’d be great to see the rivalry live on. As for Gasol think your underestimating him a little, he’s soft true but he works his ass off everygame to win. When AB went down in 2008 and he got traded to LA he played a lot more time than he did in Memphis, come time playoffs he didn’t have the leg power. And you have to agree that when your going against KG. He faced TD before KG, he faced two of the best PF/C of this generation of bball basically alone.
Well, both great teams, I hope they meet in the Finals, great series this year if it does happen, peace. I like the Lakers for their history, no respect for Gasol, he’s a weakling wuss down low. Finess is great, but Kareem was the ultimate finess center.!
Sure, but he didn’t even go good, 10 or 11 points, a few assists, no problem. Sure they do, but it shows inconsistency, last year the Celts beat LOW LEVEL teams. This year, a bit different, sure, but still much more consistent than the CAVS.!

With Bynum back in the picture lakers become a tremendosly better on defense with better rebounds and scince he sticks around with the second squad it helps them out and odom is doing much better scince there is less pressure on him to being another big man.
You forget the fact that the wizards key PG gilbery Arenas returned. Also teams like LA, Cleveland, and even Boston sometimes tend lose to low level teams like the Kings, Wizards, “Clippers”
Mobi, two games and the last game was only 110-109 I do believe, barely winning, was that in overtime? Not sure. But, the point is that the Lakers aren’t strong enough defensively to keep up with any of the eastern teams in the finals and/or the playoffs, guy.!
131-92 was the final score, difference of 39 points, as in the Lakers suck when up against a hungry Celtics lineup.

We didn’t have KG, he brings a lot of support, besides, who says that Cavs will get past the first two rounds anyways? They lost to the Wizards, ahem, THE WIZARDS! And, they got their asses handed to them by the Magic too. The Celtics are consistent with a healthy ball-club, so, give them a break, the Cavs lost both times in Boston anyways, great home team, sure, but on the road they struggle a little bit. 26-14 is good, sure, but they aren’t consistent enough.
