TheLadiesMike, reminds me of why I watch basketball, along with all the ankle breakers. If you can’t dunk yet, you need to start practicing. I definitely recommend you to try the one I’m using – “50inch vertical [dot] com” – I m 5 7 and I can dunk!

I’m just wondering how old kevin willis was when he won this title, must’ve been over 40 already lol.

  27. Harvey538 says:

TheLadiesMike but if I, can dunk, then anyone can, I’m just 5’8 for godsake! Pretty much just follow a real training program like the one over at “50inch vertical (dot) com”, it will boost your jump/rebounding and your first step in basketball.

Hahaha. Popovich: Hey wait we have to talk about the first quarter. You guys pissed me off. I hate the spurs but that was hilarious. He’s a heck of a coach too

  29. Harvey86082 says:

TheLadiesMike, is 5 8, American and can dunk. what do you mean white guys can’t dunk? It’s simply about the training individuals do to get their particular leg strength to be strong enough to dunk. But for me, I personally used the professional dunk workout over at 50inch vertical[dot]com

  31. voodoochild346 says:

@OfficerInfusion i hate lebron. he isnt even the best player in the nba and yet the nba wants to market him as such.

  32. Harvey91249 says:

So my neighbor TheLadiesMike finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over 9 inches higher! What he used the training workout over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and gained over 14 inches in his vertical leap!

@anikikim And guess what, they beat a heavily favored Mavs team that were a red-hot 23-7 team after acquiring Butler, which is the equivalent of 64-18 team for the whole year.

  46. reh629 says:

    @spyder7040
exactly, if duncan was cracking jokes with the media. whining for the ball on every play. he would be all over sportscenter.

  47. yoshi207 says:

Hard to admit man but our glory days are over

  48. spyder7040 says:

Tim Duncan is the greatest power forward to ever play the game. He simply does not get the attention he deserves because he’s not a flashy player and he’s on a team that’s never been too flashy itself. However, they know how to win games, and that’s all that matters.

Also, the NBA needs another David Robinson. A true professional on and off the court.

  49. heels23fan says:

@MDmiller31 Yep and he’s still killing the Spurs!
