“Speaking of smoking, The Netherlands ranked as the 6th best place to live in the world” haha
yeah, let’s all feel bad for the child murderer because they screwed up his execution. instead of cancelling the execution because the nurse is a moron who can’t give an injection. they should have just grabbed a gun from one of the guards and shot him. people like that don’t deserve mercy.
i agree with u.
I guess you prove my point
so rednecks are a race now yahazif?
For the execution – lol.
“the racist redneck America”
I’m sure neither one of you twats realize just how racist that statement is.
Aw, poor rapist killer. And you cunts have the audacity to snivel? Pathetic!
Move to Switzerland
i also find it funny that some gays dont want to be labeled but they want their union to be called a marriage. then they say straight people have ruined the sanctity of marriage but they want to get married. i have NO problem with gays getting hitched. hell i’d even go. but the whole world doesn’t think like gay people. it takes small steps to get the top. and if you run, you can fall n bust your ass. i judge people on their character. marriage for gays will come hell it has in like 6 states!
im saying both sides compromise. im all about getting shit done and moving on to a pressing issue. im saying in order to satisfy BOTH sides we can use different terminology IN COURT. when your at home or anywhere else its a marriage. im not denying anyone their rights im just looking for a solution where everyone’s happy. you cant always have the whole cake. maybe in the future when we arent as ignorant we “call” it a marriage. if str8 made marriage a joke then why want to be called one?
okay. yeah we leave traces of DNA behind everywhere we go. that DNA doesnt stay there forever. it can get contaminated it can be degraded within minutes or maybe even a day later. it can also happen in collection. i do agree that one shouldnt be executed without some kind of evidence but DNA evidence doesn’t always explain a crime or lead to the actual criminal. i was just saying that every case is different and DNA is circumstantial without other evidence anyhow,
Well said.
Fo sho.
well caribbeanstylez i agree, it isn’t always that easy, but if you don’t have DNA EVIDENCE then that person should not be executed for a crime we are not 100% sure they committed. When you commit a crime it is virtually impossible not to leave DNA behind. But if there is no concrete evidence it shouldn’t be done.
I am for the death penalty but I would be fine just having a mandatory sentence of life in prison for someone that rapes a child or is a mass murderer etc. I personally believe prison life is worse than being executed b/c most people in prison still have morals and will torture the real sickos. I just don’t want these people back on the streets. If there’s a way to do that without killing them then i’m completely fine with that. just don’t let them do it to someone else.
Critics say allowing gays to marry would destroy the “sanctity” of marriage. straight couples destroy the “sanctity” of marriage every day. getting married in las vegas to someone you just met, cheating on your spouse, etc. In one of the states that has legalized gay marriage they have a very low divorce rate. it’s just another way of controlling people’s freedom just like the war on drugs.
the problem is that doctors don’t want to perform the procedure because of their moral code so we have people who are not qualified performing the procedure. that is why we hear about all of these executions gone terribly wrong. We should have the death penalty but all executions need to be stopped until we can reform the way we prosecute people and the way we perform the procedure. certain states have stopped executions temporarily b/c of stories like this.
Why should gays have to compromise? Who are we to decide what another couple can call their relationship? Who does it hurt for gays to marry?
Haha, I’ve never been. You need to get into snow skiing and rock climbing. It seems like there’d be plenty to do if you were a winter outdoorsmen, no?

Btw, what did you think of the Spacey film “The Life of David Gale” if you’ve seen it (and if you haven’t I highly recommend it).
Why are you for the death penalty? I feel like A) In a way, the ultimate form of punishment is to keep the person alive and force them to live with the reality of their mistakes and B) As you said, the current procedure (from prosecution to execution is extremely flawed) so how can we ever be 100% sure…and then if we are, I guess I fall back on point A. Plus I think it takes a part of that executioner’s (and every one else involved in the decision) soul every time they decide to kill…
gay marriage: i just dont see why we can give the same rights to gays(tax benefits) and call it a civil union. called a compromise people you cant expect every1 to go the whole mile.
Afghanistan: i think its unnecessary to be there but eh whaddya gonna do?
capital punishment: obtaining DNA evidence isnt as easy as ajla0906 makes it sound and its difficult and costly to get a 12 man jury of 12 individual people of varying intelligence to agree on one verdict when presented with certain evidence
don’t legalize gay marrigae those fags ou there don’t need to marry
sry but it freedom of speech and that my opinion
I don’t feel any compassion for him, but we should not be below the criminals. We should do it in a humane way. In a perfect world the father would be able to punish the perpetrator but that is not the way our world works. I think pedophiles should face the death penalty but for some reason its cruel and unusual punishment. what about the psycological, physical, and life shattering consequences of the rape. that isn’t cruel? our world is messed up.
Bro, I am as compassionate as anyone if not more so. Anyone can tell you that. I am against the government and especially pigs(cops). I fucking hate cops. All of them are power hungry, self righteous faggots that have no qualms about trampling and abusing people. Police ruin lives and get away with it everyday. But this man raped and killed a 14 year old girl. How bad do I feel for him? I can see where we need to have standards. You are correct there. But he raped and killed a 14 year old girl.
