It’s called a Cauliflower Ear. You should look up Randy Couture. He has a really bad one. Same with Big Nog. Its from internal bleeding in the ear which stiffens into a membrane if you don’t drain it. Usually it just builds over time bit by bit. Some fighters use it as a sign of experience and are quite proud of it.
