all you see on pickup games are 7’5” centers with 99 everything that reach once the ball is inbounded and all the time with no reaching foul until they get a steal and get 100 impossible dunks a game and the d cant do anything about it. Also you have 99 everything guards that do the same as well that either go in for a dunk over the d or a 3-pointer that even if you contest it it will still go in. This is horrible and not the way basketball should be played.
Today, a 99 ovr was n my team and he got about 6 turnovers before he quit the game in frustration. About 20 times i had a decent look from mid range (mid range game=76) and they would get blocked about a thousand times. Im an ovr of a 56, and i played better than the 99 ovr on my team. Funny cause they see a 7’5 center in the post and they try to get a lay up when im WIDE OPEN from mid.
yeah you get these 90+ guys who just abuse their ratings and charge again and again at the basket and hack at the ball carrier
pisses me off when i play pickup games with my point guard but it sure makes for easy assists
Gud defense man, i run into guys like that all the time. Most of the 99 players are so predictable and stupid you know they’re not legit. They need to stop cheating and play the game so they can get some skills.
I feel for you… yesterday I somehow got into a pickup game and you know what happened? Some 99 overall rated CENTER was reaching in all the way up the court and calling for the ball in the backcourt and doing crosses and shooting threes… I HATE CHEEZERS

you would think that 99 overall players have the ability to do any move they want but instead they speed along the baseline.. its sad any crossover is at their disposal they can even post up if they want but instead they do THAT.. oh please

i played a game with the sg from the other team on my team and they blew us out. he just ball hogged all game and missed most of his shots

yeah my PG is 6’7″ and every time someone tries to steal against me i just use my 90 speed to get down the court and someone will be open
