    good stuff man
    definitely something worth practice
could you do a tackle technique, I mean I could go ask a football coach, but I’m looking for more of an offensive measure to ‘gut’ my opponent thats appropriate to fighting, my calves and speed are my stong suit so I figure I do something I’m familiar with – used to be a fullback
looking for a tackle or variant, that cannot or is difficult to counter

How I sprawl is real different to how you do it. Instead of throwing my front leg down first. I throw my back leg down first. I kinda jump backwards a little bit in mi air of my sprawl defense. I also like the side sprawl in how you do it. Lots of variations which is always good in MMA.
