I really like the look of their facility. The people there seemed disciplined and have respect. In the states I’ve been interested in finding a good mma gym, but I notice mcdojos or disrespectful wannabe thugs there.
@Sakrich Yeah but Nog and no Sambo guys have the guard of Werdum or the BJJ of Roger Gracie. You need to train with top guys regularly to stay on top. BJJ and Sambo are brothers both sons of Judo, so it’s no shame in cross training.
Fedor will come back and beat Werdum…and take out Overeem when the time comes.
Fedor is the greatest MMA fighter of all times. And he doesnt have to proove it anymore.
Well..he is sambo champion, many times. And he have had worlds best opponents on sambo, and in mma, so there is his training. And he’s sambo level is on the top. he has proven that against nogueira etc. The lost to werdum was just..he tried only one defence move, so i don’t see any else weakness on his groundgame, except the triangle escapes, whitch he has now ofcourse learned and added few of these to his groundgame.
in Bjj guys when sparring, don’t hit each other. in sambo they do.

@dannielpreto He has fantastic ground game, it’s just that it’s almost all from Sambo/Judo. I agree, if he broadened a little bit and learned some jiu jitsu it could only benefit him.

Fedor needs some BJJ guys out there like Drysdale, Monson, Olav Einemo, Lister, etc. But most def Braulio Estima, who’s amazing on the ground. Fedor is great but he needs to train with top grapplers too. I know his ground game is good but he needs to train with great guys to be greater.
