That was insane guys! Looks like a rush. Thanks for sharing

  3. bucketfish73 says:

i’m familiar with jet boats, no power=limited steering. you guys are nuts and i hope this sport catces on. cheers.

  4. racing16 says:

@jcallesano They will hit rocks every now and then. The boats run a steel plate under the hull bottoms for that reason. If you hit a big enough rock though your game will be over.

  5. jcallesano says:

    what about rocks…?

  6. GSRGOPEDRIDER247 says:

are those rocks you ran over?

  7. racing16 says:

@ tastybbq1 I don’t know of any team running nos but it is possible. Maybe the unlimited class.

  8. tastybbq1 says:

can you run NOS kit or Nitro just for
fun and be faster….great video ,.wish i was thair

  9. candyapplef150 says:

WOW BALLS! And all it take is one bad wave or rock to end your day. that takes some guts. Great skills man!

  10. tumadoireacht says:

    what depth of water ?

  11. MrSbc327 says:

    wow just wow

  12. racing16 says:

Deeper V’s are more agile than a flat bottom boat. Just depends on what you plan on doing with your boat. V-Hull vs. Flat Hulls.

  13. racing16 says:

This boat runs a Chevy Big Block it cranks out around 800 horsepower. Have you thought about a trim tab or jetovator? Run a deeper V for harder turning. This boat is an Eagle Manufactured step-tech v hull. It runs a custom made Chrunyk race nozzel. I don’t know what wedge they ran, But we run a 4 degree wedge on a legend pump with a Chrunyk race nozzel. They also run AT’s(American Turbine Pumps)

  14. porpoisefathom says:

what r they running for a powerpant in those?..could you hybridize the jet with a rudder combo?…and would a deeper v better or would a flatter hull be more agile?… very cool..its on my bucket list!

  15. chowder48 says:

with jet drive.. no throttle=no steering. you have to be accelerating to steer.. if in doubt..pin it!

  16. over30kings says:

    Unreal, awesome footage …

  17. RangieNZ says:

Also known as a ‘binary throttle’! :-)

  18. racing16 says:

The’ll run about 45-50 mph through the rapids and wide open throttle they’ll go around 90-100+ in the straights.

  19. rakanMR says:

how fast do they go ?

  20. sevenhornets says:

There are only two throttle settings in my book. WOT & Idle..

  21. Arkleron says:

actually they do tend to hit bottom quite a bit but the boats made from solid metal so it can take it.

Search “Don’t follow me, you wont make it” those guys actually laugh when they hit bottom and one of their videos you can clearly see the boat hit bottom based on the vibrations on the camera.

  22. 1969MustangMACH1 says:

because they are not hitting the bottom…

  23. letthewookiewin3 says:

how do they keep from putting holes in the bottom of the boat?

  24. perfectrock says:

    Wow! That was Amazing!!
