Nuggets taking stand with Anthony’s demands
It’s looking less likely that SF Carmelo Anthony will sign an extension with the Nuggets. Weeks ago, Anthony’s agent gave the Nuggets a short list teams of where his client wanted to be traded, and last weekend, Anthony himself told Josh Kroenke, son of owner Stan Kroenke, that he still wanted out of Denver, Yahoo!

Carmelo, Nuggets reportedly headed for divorce
09:38 PM ET 08.26 | A divorce between Carmelo Anthony and the Denver Nuggets appears to be imminent. According to Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski, Anthony’s agents, William “Worldwide” Wesley and Leon Rose of CAA, handed the Nuggets a short list of teams that the star forward would be interested in joining.
