I feel if anyone wanted to know the real John Denver all they have to do is listen to his music – he has basically sang us his whole lifes story – happiness, love, dreams, hopes, fears, & pain are all there,and all we have to do is listen! My favorite memory was way back in 1975 when my first love and I took our radio out into the horse pasture under the moon and danced to John’s songs. This was one of our favorites. If I could I only find him again, I’d like just one more dance. I will always love you David Bolden. My first Love.

He’s one of the best ever. Such a shame he was shot… he would have owned this World Cup 2010 and Paraguay could have gone very far. Glad he survived the attack but he will never play again… not like this.
