IT seems fairly quick to do an engine change, same as a normal jet (compared to normal boats) just drop it in and hook up some lines (in a matter on scene)

@x7drummer Yes it had 3000hp Lycoming T55 turbines when it was Callan Marine. With that power it set the all-time top speed of 209mph at the LOTO Top Gun Shootout. The tilt trailer is used to keep the boat out of harm’s way on the hwy.
There is a video here showing the Geico caravan heading to a race. I counted 10 rigs, nine of them semis. Geico really brings the show to the races. They have two chefs and two ovens, 15-20 tables with chairs and they feed three meals a day to racers and crew.
