@NICE1SON dont bother with ebay man. just go to walmart and get some .177 cal bb’s. use any kind, crossman or copperhead etc

@BMBFishLures theres no way a fish like a pike would straighten that out, i know there strong, but not that strong to completely flatten it. if you wanted to re-unforce it, i suppose you could run a plastic tube through the middle, loop some wire through the plastic tube and attach the hook. basically using the body created above.
Still great idea, bet you have a great thrill catching on a home made lure

That’s cool but I’m pretty sure that if u caught a big fish the bottle cap would extend to it’s limit. Think of ur line or maybe ring, under pressure that’s gonna rip it apart slowly as the fish fights.

@ageavatar oh you can use a gatorade cap and string hot glue in lines and that worked for me still didnt last as long but its really attractive to fish

@jtschid0910 6 dollars, but makes a crap load of lures haha, and you can get smaller packs too.
How much do a thing of BBs like the ones you got there cost ya?

okok,i tried using metal bottle cap,use a very weak split ring,forgot it really need to be strong as soon,it got stuck,the ring open and i lost the botte lure casp..lol
