YakDiawara I’m 5 11 and I am able to fancy windmill dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I personally recommend the workout program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any workout could be followed if you are sure they generate results

Celts lost in game 7 last night, the reign is most likely over, but even though it was short i had the privilege to go to this game, this intro was the loudest i’ve heard the garden ever, besides the year befores dedication to red auerbach, pure energy! so glad to experience the beginning of their championship year!
