@hunterjumper12541 You do know that in dressage, you’re supposed to have flat feet, rather than have heels down, and she wasn’t leaning back incorrectly. She was getting the horse to move correctly. Maybe you should stick to what you do best, hunter jumping.

  7. Katsuo7177 says:

This makes me want to go glue a bunch of stuff

  8. hunterjumper12541 says:

she just needed to push her heels down more and not lean back as much, but good job, (:

  9. hossjulia says:

where’s the lightness? where’s the subtly? What happened to invisible aids? Why is this horse consistently behind the vertical??????????

And this was a winning FEI Grand Prix round?
    Disgusting.

    @barrybatra
Are you kidding? Its in perfect frame. The poll is the highest part of the horse and its face is on a vertical.

  12. doingflipsandshit says:

I have so much respect for the riders and horses that participate in dressage. They’re so under appreciated compared to jumping. People think flat work is easy, but I can face my horse to any jump and he’ll fly over it. Dressage is no where near that easy, so much more precision involved.

  13. rezacer says:

    AMAZING!!!

  14. amandaanne720 says:

dressage can be a useful tool to teach you horse lines and to fine tune your aides/cues and to help create a nice flow between horse and rider, I’m not a dressage rider myself, but i have used techniques from dressage to improve my riding. nice job!

  15. h0r5es4life says:

man i wish i could ride like my bum was glued to the saddle

  16. Horsedreamer206 says:

@No1ToteBag I agree with you, it should be about the unbreakable connection between a horse and rider, not about winning money and fame.

  17. No1ToteBag says:

@Horsedreamer206 Dressage is not totally useless. Back before it became a big sport, it was used to demonstrate the sensitivity of a war horse to his rider’s cues. But the way it’s used today doesn’t really have a useful purpose, you’re right about that.

  18. barrybatra says:

please give this horses neck back

  19. cookie4me says:

@horsegirlohyeah Yeah, I love how ”sneaky” the horse looked, going with some parts of the music! An amazingly planned ride…

  20. Horsedreamer206 says:

@civictr2010 Dressage is totally useless. The horses must get sick of that.

  21. Horsedreamer206 says:

No offence but those poor dressage horses must get sick of all those silly movements after a while. :/

  22. civictr2010 says:

Please don’t admire this lady. Search on Google images for Adelinde Cornelisson training and you’ll find a pretty horrendous picture of her poor horse’s nose practically glued to his chest. Is this classical dressage? Far from it.

  23. horsegirlohyeah says:

I love the way the tempo of the music almost completely matches the tempo of the horse’s stride!

  24. Alenushkahorse1 says:

    Tak to je perfektní! :)

  25. aishakinsx says:

This is the cutest thing ever.
