ESPN Im simply an average 5’9 hispanic guy and I can now do some fancy dunks. Everyone could easily dunk, you just need to follow the right training program. I personally used the one that’s at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com however just about any training workout is fine if they work (which many do not)
