#VIDEOPOSTERID# I am an awesome 5’6 chinese kid and I can dunk on 11 foot rims. Anyone can easily do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I followed the one over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but just about any training workout is fine if they work that is… lol
