Reds re-sign Cairo
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Signing a 36-year-old utility infielder doesn’t make big headlines at the winter meetings. But it looks like that’s all the Cincinnati Reds are going to get done here.The club re-signed Miguel Cairo to a two-year, million contract Wednesday. The meetings wrap up today with the Rule 5 draft. The Reds don’t expect to take anyone in the draft.
