It’s called “kitewing”. Just type “kitewing” to google to find the company that produces them.
to me it looks like 2 small modified windsufing sails attached together
the center piece looks like a boom.
oh and keep an eye on youtube i will be doing this with my 3 meter traction kite when it snows.
Great question… No sure who came up with the idea, but I believe it’s A custom made job. Talk with your local windsurfer shop & ask them to help you out.

I skied the south face of the Breithorn and hung over and looked down the North Face, frightening. When the guy jumps the bergshrund, awesome, what balls!

Awesome. I have been on Klein Matterhorn and I saw the Breithorn … but there was only rock climbers here…
