Mascot from the Minor League Affiliates of the Baltimore Orioles participate in a mascot race on Minor League Appreciation Day at Camden Yards. Mascots present were Shorebirds’ Sherman, Frederick’s Keyote, Norfolk’s RipTide, Aberdeen’s Ferrous, Bowie’s Louie & the Oriole Bird. 9/22/08

Why is that RipTide (of the Norfolk Tides) can never seen to win a simple foot race. It’s not like he runs around a baseball park a few thousand times in a season.
