How would you like it if we all just stopped going down there? The Irish have a cheeky sense of humour… they might give a bit of lip but they can take it as well as they give it.

@6shang7 Ireland has 32 counties… 6 of which are occupied by the British. Northern Ireland is not a country, it’s a province. 26+6=1.
@OBAMAisHalfCaste Dublin is an amazing city, great fun and the people are brilliant. If you couldn’t manage to have a good time there, it must have been your own doing! I adore Dublin and had a ball there.

Dublin has to be the most boring and morbid town in the world and people who live there just dont know life or there own self-worth its like a prison because almost every bar and food-store has arrogant polish security gaurds on them and everybody judges you for simple things like the way you dress acked behave walk and talk its SICK get the fuck out and live your life . You cannot exspress your true self in Dublin because the culture is so exstremley different to everywhere

Can anyone tell me is it really true that a lot of the Irish love to get in fights, especially with Americans? I have heard that they can be real assholes when they are drunk and I would hate to go over there and kick some poor Irishman’s ass because he got in my face just because I am American. I have heard they love to pick fights with tourists but is that just a rumor or what is the deal? I am 6’0 ft. 250 lbs. and I would really hate to have to hurt any Irish people while I am over there.
@cfcj There is no country called the Republic of Ireland. Our title is Ireland. According to the Irish constitution, this not only includes the 26 counties but also the 6 counties of Northern Ireland. Ireland does not just stop at the 26 counties whether geographically or politically. It includes the whole island. Politically we have never stopped claiming the north as part of our country. Of course our imperial neighbours have a different view.
