It looks dirty but is just sand from the botton caused by the strong water !! i have been there and there is just small veeery small town around maybe kind of little shacks next to the river!! just jungle!!

@Marcownz747 Yeah I saw a Natgeo show that said the water in the amazon river may look very dirty but it is the cleanest water on the planet.

hmmm… I started with one lesson only, and then me and my friend bought a kite and worked it out by ourselves, on a tiny little bay with terrible conditions on 19 out of every 20 windy days (and that one nice day the water would be packed with kites so we couldn’t ride). It worked, and now we can kite pretty good, but it took a lot longer than it would have done with a few lessons.
That’s my board! Bought it from Ryland in October. She goes nice strapless.
there’s no kidding in this sport. injuries could be really serious. but it’s so much fun if u start properly. so find a good instructor and start taking lessons. that’s the right and safe way 2 go. safety is always first! good luck!

hahaha nice one, try getting lessons with an IKO approved instructor. That should put you in good stead.
Kitesurfing is not the best way to get in the sport. you have to handle too much power one mistake and it’s all over. the best way is with a 3m foil and a skim board or a mountain board. have a look at kitesports we have new and easy way to get into the sport, and lots more new stuff as well. search kitesports alex sanz
Depends on your budget….slingshot all the way if you got the dough (boards and kites)…..if not go with Best (cheap and effective)
