So my basketball teammate RajonRondoVideos finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but jumps over 9 inches higher! What he used the workout over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) and increased over 14 inches in his vertical leap!

@Frilleon I agree, but you have to play 48 minutes SOMETIMES so that you remember how to do it. I think they’ll come out of the All-Star break with some serious performances.

seriously. the problem is plasying 48 minutes and being focused. so for 20 games in a row they ahven’t been focused…why? because they don’t give a shit

At first I was putting Bosh’s struggles on Bosh, but now it seems more like Spoelstra’s doing. He’s apparently mandated Bosh to be a traditional post player so as not to get in Wade and LeBron’s way. But that’s not Bosh’s game. And I don’t think it’s necessary to alter Bosh in the first place. Bosh’s natural game would probably work better as Wade and LeBron drive and kick.

@Thuggishdeer lol I dunno why you thought Wade is letting Lebron know who’s team this is. Because he scores a lot of points? How about Lebron being the one who always the initiates the offense. All in all, Wade is playing team basketball as well as Lebron.
heat are playing well. Glad to see i was right about the big 3′s stats not being as great as heat fans BRAGGED they would be. Saying lebron would avrg a triple double (almost averaging a quad double with turnovers.) Bosh is playing terrible like he cut his talent when he cut his hair.. and wade like i thought is letting lebron know whos team it is. So all in all the superstar stats have turned into avrg Star stats. Not a bad thing.
