Wii Sports: [Bowling - Pro VS Joe]

Yearly bowling match. :D
Video Rating: 0 / 5

Some shots of my release – trying to get it to feel the way Pete Weber’s looks… some were good, some not so good. It’s getting there.

  2. halocars28 says:

Thumbs up if you love to throw the bowling ball backwards to attempt to hit the people.

  3. jroo25 says:

:39 seconds… you missed. you suck

  4. Triggahappy13 says:

Pretty solid. IMO you should try to speed up your hand motion at the release though. Nothing to big, it just looks like you’re staying in the ball just a hair long

  5. CYBERCHUMP300 says:

    @cgeorg lol agreed

  6. cgeorg says:

Looks like an Ebonite Big One

  7. BenJr01 says:

  8. IIFyahII says:

what do you mean the 90 degree rotation? i might have that and not even know. im lefty and ill have to check out videos of this, its pete webber right?

  9. ilbi00 says:

i’m sorry i made this account a long time ago and i have too many favorites on my profile to make a new one. ugh

  11. mediumsteve says:

    lol your name is pokemon.

  12. pokemon989359 says:

u realise that the pete weber axis rotation has HUGE drawbacks right?

  13. cgeorg says:

Wrist braces are a crutch, and they don’t help you get axis rotation. In any case, if you’d look at one of my newer videos, I have since learned to change my axis rotation.

  14. buppers22 says:

It’s tough to get the 90 degree rotation pete gets. I’d invest in a wrist guard, robbie revs or something of that nature.

  15. trphbk13 says:

you have a nice kill shot

  16. Rac3forlife says:

    “out on”

  18. jonpeters09 says:

Dude, you should talk to a good ball driller about your thumbhole. i just got an oval thumbhole, and its much tighter, but i get out of the ball more cleanly and im seriously getting 2 times the revs and better ball speed. it takes some getting used to and some work on keeping you thumb straight and relaxed, but it really does help.

  19. pringle9666 says:

try bending more at the line, my coach is having me practice that and it seems to help with accuracy quite a bit.

  20. jgood09 says:

nice video but hey try and release your ball instead of dropping it(it just looks that way in the video) and try to get a little bit lower it will help with accuracy…

P.S. Im not criticizing i just thought that the i advice i gave could help and excuse my spelling if anything is spelled wrong.

  21. pringle9666 says:

hey its nice that someone actually had the balls to show that they missed a spare!

  22. cgeorg says:

… the ball is supposed to do all the work! Why spend 200 dollars on a ball and then not let it do what it was made to do?

I am already hooking more of the lane than I need to be, so why crank it more?

  23. jimmsr says:

And you need to crank up your speed and revs a bit =)
You must up your speed cuz the ball does all the work now,,

  24. hakkasci says:

the cupped style will force your hand under the ball and literally rip the finger holes out for crazy side rotation, but aside from all this, your thumb may be hanging up because of ill drilled thumb hole, too tight or wrong angle, or your trying to create life by bending at elbow for follow through instead of raising whole arm and ripping fingerholes out, hope i was a help =)

  25. hakkasci says:

looks like your thumb hangs up intermittently, find out why if that’s so. notice the actual release point of your shot, you throw with a broken wrist. to get the good side rotation like weber you may want to consider training so your wrist(arm/hand) is straight instead of broken back, or like sean rash and chris barnes, cupped. a broken back wrist style is great for minimal revolutions and straight shots.
