FRANKLIN COUNTY — Someday Franklin County s various government offices won t keep paper records, and all the old records, including the county s first deeds, will be replaced by electronic versions that can be accessed by computer.

D-Pirate’s starts weekly 8-ball tourney tonight
D-Pirate’s Sports Bar will begin hosting a weekly 8-ball billiards tournament tonight at the watering hole along Beach Road. Game time is 7:30pm for the event, simply dubbed as 8-Ball Pool Tournament.
